Discussion on the lightening design of special purpose vehicle

汽车轻量化对节能减排起着至关重要的作用。汽车质量的减轻主要归功于铝合金、镁合金塑料、高强度合金钢等新材料用量的增加。介绍了专用汽车轻量化设计的重要性,并结合轻量化材料的发展现状探讨了各种新材料在汽车轻量化设计中的应用,提出了现阶段提高我国专用汽车轻量化设计的思路和建议。

lightening property of vehicle play the key role to the energy-saving and carbon emission reduction.Decreasing of vehicle mass owe to the increasing of amount of new materials such as aluminum alloy,magnesium alloy plastic and high-strength alloy steel.This article describes the importance of lightening design vehicle of special purpose vehicle and discusses the application of various new lightweight materials in vehicle lightening design combined with the development of lightening materials.At last,it put forward to ideas and suggestions on enhancing lightening design of our special purpose vehicle at present stage.
