摘要
问卷调查、访谈和文献调查发现,小学英语教师的理论知识普遍比较欠缺,科研水平亟待提高,有必要采取以下对策:转变思想,更新观念;树立科研意识,严格科研管理;编写小学英语教师需要的外语教育教学理论知识读本;强化基础理论知识的培养。
The questionnaires, interviews and literature review shows that primary English teachers are lack of theoretical knowledge and their scientific researching abilities are in the bad need to be improved. Accordingly, the following solutions are suggested: changing mind, updating concepts; raising scientific researching awareness, keeping strict management; compiling theoretical books in foreign language learning and teaching; and strengthening related basic theoretical knowledge.
