摘要
随着高等院校本科教学水平评估以及高职高专人才培养水平评估工作第一轮接近尾声,"官方"高等教育评估机构受到众多责难,而众多学者推崇的非官方中介机构在现实中却举步为艰。面对中国官方与民间高等教育评估中介组织机构的两难之境,根据云南省高等教育评估中心的实践经验,从组织发展理论视角,建立一种中国特色的、半官方高等教育学术评估中介机构模式,对我国新一轮高等教育评估体制的改革具有一定的参考意义。
As the first round of higher education institutes' undergraduate teaching level evaluation and vocational colleges' student training evaluation draws to the end, governmental higher education evaluation organizations are harshly blamed while non-governmental intermediary organizations are lurching in difficulties. This thesis analyzes the dilemma and proposes, from the theoretical perspective of organizational development and out of the practical experiences of Yunnan Higher Education Evaluation Center, to use quasi-governmental higher education academic evaluation organization for the next round of evaluation.
