摘要
在高考体育加试中,一些考生由于心理素质差和考前的心理准备不足、训练不当等,在竞争激烈的体育加试中出现怯场而导致技术不稳定、发挥失常等现象,致使考试成绩大幅度下降。而在平时对考生进行有针对性的训练,激发学生良好的考试动机,形成较好的考前心理状态,就能为体育考生在体育加试中取得好成绩创造良好的条件。
In the Additional Sports Examination to the College Entrance Examination, some students suffered stage-fright and failed to demonstrate their real competence. Before the examination and in their regular learning, students should be offered the chance of training to overcome stage-fright and assisted in developing sound motivation so that a healthy and stable psychological condition can be arrived at before the Examination.
