Explorations and Practice in Application Oriented Education System in Newly Founded Universities:Yuxi Normal University as a Case

在高等教育大众化的背景下,新建地方本科院校在系统构建应用型人才培养体系方面应不断探索和实践,准确定位人才培养目标,以学生能力形成为核心推进人才培养方案改革,从课程体系建设、实践教学体系建设、创新质量保障与监控体系、提高教师教学能力等方面确保人才培养方案的有效实施。

Under the situation of popularization of higher education,newly founded universities in their practice need to explore into the building of a complete system of application-oriented talent training.They need to set accurate goals,conduct reform in educational plans centered on the development of student abilities,and ensure the implementation of the plans from the aspects of course system,the practice teaching system,the quality monitoring system,and the updating of teacher professional abilities.
