韶关市区防洪存在的问题与对策

Existing Problem and Countermeasure for Shaoguan Urban District Flood Prevention

针对韶关市区设防标准较低的现状,深入分析当前防洪工作存在的突出问题,找出症结所在并提出行之有效的防洪对策,对其进行综合治理,目前已取得初步防洪效益和社会效益。同时,为早日形成"堤库结合,蓄防结合"防洪体系,使韶关市区的防洪标准达到百年一遇,使其发挥出更大的防洪效益进一步完善和健全市区的整体防洪体系。

In view of the low standard of Shaoguan urban district fortification,this paper has a thorough analysis of the currently existing prominent problems and find out where the root lies in.Then,it proposes effective flood prevention countermeasure,which can ensure integrative management.As a result,preliminary flood prevention benefit and social efficiency have been obtained.Meanwhile,a wholesome flood prevention system in the form of 'the Combination of Dike and Reservoire,and the Combination of Storage and Prevention' will be built up soon,which will enable Shaoguan urban district flood control standard to amount to retaining for one hundred years,and display more favorable flood prevention benefits.
