珠江三角洲河道岸线存在问题及解决思路

Issue and Notion of the Pearl River Delta’s Bank

珠江三角洲地区经济发达,土地资源紧张,八十年代以后的大规模开发建设导致河道滩地开发利用过度,形成河道卡口,增加了防洪压力及洪水灾害造成的损失,因此统一规划、合理控制河道岸线成为珠江三角洲综合治理的重要内容之一,对此就如何制定合理的岸线控制方案进行着重探讨。

Land of Pearl River Delta region is strained during the economic development.After 80’s large-scaled development,lots of river bottlenecks came up due to excessive exploitation,Furthermore,flood control pressure and loss have incurred.How to control the river bank holistically and reasonably is one of the important tasks in the integrative management of the Pearl River Delta and thus discussed in this paper.
