轴向滑块凸轮式差速器的仿真分析

摘要 本文采用Solidworks软件对轴向滑块凸轮式差速器进行三维建模,并在COSMOSMotion环境中,对其模拟仿真分析。初步分析认为:该差速器在50~100N·m范围内的各合反转矩下,当左右差速轮的反转矩差≤23N·m时,均能正常差速运行,且有ω1+ω2≈2ω0;在正常差速范围内,其临界锁紧系数K≥0.35。因此,该差速器锁紧系数比较大,满足了车辆的通过性要求,是一种适应于现代车辆发展潮流的新型防滑差速器。 This article uses the Solidworks software countershaft to carry on the three dimensional modelling to the slide raised wheeled differentialdevice,and in COSMOSMotion environment,to its simulation simulationanalysis.Initial analysis showed that:the differential in the 50 ~100 N·m within the scope of the anti-torque,when the differential round of an anti-torque difference ≤23 N·m,both normally differtial operation,and there is ω1+ω2≈2ω0;differential in the normal range,its critical locking coefficient K≥0.35.Thus,the relatively large coefficient differential`locking,to meet the requirements of the passage of vehicles,is a vehicle adapted to modern trends of the development of new anti-slip differential.
