党的十六届六中全会《决定》强调:"社会主义核心价值体系是建设和谐文化的根本",和谐文化是和谐校园的组成部分,要搞好高校和谐校园建设,就必须用社会主义核心价值体系教育大学生。

The socialist core system of values is the base of constructing the harmonious culture.The harmonious campus is the component of harmonious culture.To construct the harmonious campus,it is necessary to educate college students by the socialist system of values.In this way,college students can be made to understand the basic contents of the system,grasp its soul,theme and quintessence.Meanwhile,universities and colleges should create favorable conditions for this,the new curriculum plan of ideological and political education should be implemented in an all-round way in order to give free rein to its roles of the main front and channel.
