加强和改进大学生思想政治工作,一个非常重要的方面是要加强和改进队伍建设。公安院校大学生思想政治工作队伍建设应从思想政治理论课教师队伍、专职学生管理干部队伍、学生区队(即班级)兼职政治教导员队伍三个方面予以加强。
