菌根真菌菌丝及代谢物对独蒜兰幼苗生长的影响

Effects of the Hyphae and Their Metabolites of Mycorrhizal Fungi on Promoting the Germfree Seedling of Pleione bulbocodioides(Orchidaceae)

摘要 采用从独蒜兰菌根分离的真菌菌丝及代谢物作为培养基添加物,观察其对独蒜兰幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,供试的GN04,GN07,GN14,GN22,GN23,GN39和GN45菌株都能促进独蒜兰幼苗鲜重和根的增加,综合鲜重和根增长率两个指标,其中GN14菌株的作用效果最好。 The effects of the hyphae and their metabolites of mycorrhizal fungi of Pleione bulbocodioides(Franch.)Rolfe on promoting the germfree seedling of Pleione bulbocodioides was investigated.The results showed that the each ground hypha and their metabolity of GN04,GN07,GN14,GN22,GN23,GN39 and GN45 accelerated the growth of the germfree seedling of Pleione bulbocodioides.Considering the increase of the fresh weight and root numbers,the GN14 is the best.
