The sustaining and significant construction of the basic Communist Party organization includes the work of protecting student appliants' zeal,testing and judging the chosen activists,and cultivating student Communist Party members,which can sustainablly absorb in fresh blood for the Communist Party body in growth .This work is important and strategic long-term measure to choose and cultivate the qualified builders and reliable successors for China's Communist Party great cause in future.
