In the times of networks,journalists should fully command the networks technology and use multimedia to report news,transforming themselves from the literal one to the multimedia one.While strengthening their working qualities,they should raise their moral quality,including the political quality,ethnic development,professional quality and correct public opinion,etc..Only when they have these qualities can they hopefully become excellent news workers in this new era.
