论我国知识产权行政保护制度的完善

On Improvement of Administrative Protection of Intellectual Property in China

近年来,知识产权迅速发展,世界各国先后建立了对知识产权的系统保护。我国在知识产权的行政保护方面取得了一定的成绩,但仍有需要加强的地方,应有针对性地采取改革措施,实现知识产权行政保护制度的完善。

Intellectual property develops rapidly in recent years,and every country establishes system to protect intellectual property.Although China has made certain progresses in administrative protection of intellectual property,there are some respects to be improved and strengthened.We must take measures to achieve improvement of the administrative protection system of intellectual property.
