摘要
高校弱势群体在择业与就业过程中因社会经验不足、法律知识缺乏、保障措施不健全等原因,其合法权益往往被侵害,要解决这些问题首先应分析毕业生择业与就业方面的权益内容,为实现这些权益,国家、社会、学校、学生,以及执法、宣传、人事组织部门各自应承担相应的职责。
Due to lack of social experience,legal knowledge,protection measures,and other facts,the vulnerable groups in university are violated in their legitimate rights and interests in the process of employment.In order to solve these problems,we should first analyze the problem of the legitimate rights and interests in the process of employment.To realize these rights and interests,our country,society,schools,students and law enforcement,publicity,organization and personnel departments should do their respective duty.
