我市农村劳动力转移的滞后,是制约我市工业化、城市化和现代化进程的主要障碍,也是制约农民增收的突出问题。文章探讨了农村富余劳动力转移的现状,进而通过对我市农村富余劳动力转移中存在问题的分析提出了促进农村富余劳动力转移的对策。

Delayed and slow transfer of the rural labor force in our city is not only a major obstacle which restricts the industrialization of the city,urbanization and modernization process,but also is the outstanding problems in farmers'increment.This paper produces the inevitability and presents the condition of transferring the rural surplus labor force,and puts forward some counterplan suggestions.
