知识经济时代,大学教育的首要任务应是培养具有创新能力和创新精神的高素质人才。创新意识是创新行动的先导,意识水平的高低是创新能力建设成败的重要标志。辅导员是高校从事大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。在教育人、引导人、培养人、塑造人的过程中,辅导员必须坚持意识先导,学以致用,扎实推进创新意识培养与创新能力教育,积极能动地开展思想政治教育工作。

During the era of knowledge-based economy times,the primary task of university instruction should be focusing on cultivating high-quality personnel who has the ability to innovate and the consciousness to create.Innovative consciousness is the guide of creative ability.Consciousness level becomes the mark of whether innovation ability construction succeed or fail.Counsellors are the backbone force of ideological and political education in the university as well.What is more,they are also playing the important role of guiding and instructing college students grow healthily.In the process of instructing,conducting,cultivating and modeling college students,the counsellors should exert its ideology guiding function,put theory into practice.Ideological and political education should be further carried out initially along with the promotion of the sense of creation education and innovative ability.
