浅议新课程对初中化学教师的要求

Requirements for Chemistry Teachers of Junior High Schools under the Background of New Curriculum

在新课程改革的背景下,文章对于如何提高初中化学教师的素质提出了五点建议:其一,了解和学习新教材;其二,树立全新的教育观念;其三,建立新型的师生关系;其四,提高自身业务水平;其五,掌握现代教学手段。

This paper puts forward five suggestions for chemistry teachers of junior high school under the background of new curriculum reform which are as follows:(1) study and understand new materials,(2) develop new education concepts,(3) establish new type of relationship between teachers and students,(4) improve their professional competence,(5) master modern teaching methods.
