摘要
目的分析脑卒中后患者抑郁症的发生率及发生的相关因素。方法对112例脑卒中的患者用 CCMD3、HAMD 进行评定,统计分析抑郁症的发生率及与医学、心理等方面的关系并观察其临床治疗效果。结果抑郁症发生率为51.8%。发生的相关因素有:年龄、卒中部位等,临床治疗效果显著。结论脑卒中后抑郁是生物、心理因素协同作用所致,在临床工作中常见,应及时发现并给予相应的心理及药物治疗。
Objective To analyze the incidence rate of post-stroke depression(PSD)and its correlative factors. Methods One hundred and twelve paitents with stroke were assessed by CCMD3 and HAMD, the incidence rate of PSD and relationship between medicine and psychology were analyzed statistically, and the clinical curative effect was observed,Results The incidence rate of PSD was 51.8%,The correlative factors included age, site of stroke, and so on,The clinical curative effect was marked,Conclusion PSD is caused by the common action of biological and psychological factors,This condition is common in clinical work,The patients with PSD should in time be discov- ered and given relevant psychological and drug treatment.
