茶碱对甲醛致小鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨茶碱对甲醛所致小鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用。方法100只ICR小鼠随机分成5组:对照组、模型组及高、中、低剂量组,对照组小鼠给生理盐水、其他4组小鼠给甲醛,45 mg/kg腹腔注射,连续染毒7 d,低、中、高剂量小鼠组给予茶碱(12.5、25、37.5mg/kg)注射7 d,用Morris水迷宫测试小鼠学习记忆的能力。结果在Morris水迷宫实验第2天,中、高剂量组小鼠逃避潜伏期比对照组小鼠明显缩短(P<0.05和P<0.01),且中、高剂量组小鼠脑中SOD的活力比对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论茶碱可改善甲醛致小鼠学习记忆障碍,使其脑组织SOD活力上升。 Objective To explore the effects of Theophylline on amnesia induced by formaldehyde in mice and SOD levels change in mice brain.Methods ICR 100 mice were divided into five groups at random,mice in the contrast group were exposed to 0.9% NaCl at 45 mg/kg,other groups were exposed to 39% formaldehyde at 45 mg/kg for 7 continual days.Theophylline was given(12.5 mg/kg,25 mg/kg,37.5 mg/kg)to mice in different groups for 7 continual days.The abilities of learning and memory were evaluated by Morris water maze test and the activities of SOD in the cerebral tissues were determined.Results In the Morris water maze test(the second day),escapelaten laitance in middle group[(36.98±6.93)s]and high group[(36.82±3.68)s]was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(43.735.40)s](P<0.05 or P<0.01).The activities of SOD in middle group and high group showed a significant decrease compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Theophylline attenuates amnesia induced by formaldehyde in mice and could increase the activities of SOD in cerebral tissues.
