百草枯中毒治疗及相关因素分析

Treatment of paraquat poison treatment and analysis of relevant factors

目的分析百草枯中毒预后的相关因素,寻求提高生存率的有效治疗方法。方法对7例百草枯中毒患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均于院内死亡。3例患者接受血液灌注治疗,均于当晚死亡,未行血液灌注治疗组相对存活时间延长,最长生存11 d。4例患者给予抗氧化剂及激素治疗,其中1例存活时间明显延长但仍死于肺损伤所致呼吸衰竭。结论草枯中毒病死率极高,经过血液灌流治疗并不能降低死亡率。应用抗氧化剂及激素治疗可以延长患者生存时间,但阻滞肺纤维化发生的作用不显著,仍不能提高患者长期生存率。

Objective To analyze the relevant factors about paraquat poison prognosis to find effective treatment to improve the survival rate.Methods Clinical materials of 7 cases of paraquat poison were reviewed and analysed.Results All the 7 patients died in the hospital,3 patients who accepted blood purification treatment died in the evening.The patients who didn't accept blood purification treatment survived longer and the longest survival time was 11 days.4 patients were given oxidation inhibitor and the hormone treatment,and among which 1 patient's(14.3%)survived obviously longer but died of lung damage.Conclusion Death rate of paraquat poison cases was extremely high.Blood purification treatment couldn't reduce death rate,oxidation inhibitor and the hormone treatment might lengthen survival time but hadn't obvious effects on hindering lung fibrosis,and still could not improve long-term survival.
