金銀花提取工艺研究

Study on extraction of Flos Lonicerace

目的研究金银花的最佳提取条件。方法采用正交试验法以乙醇浓度(A)、乙醇用量(B)、回流时间(C)、回流次数(D)4个因素,每个因素选取3个水平进行试验。结果因素C对结果影响显著,因素A次之,因素B影响最小。结论最佳提取工艺为以10倍量40%的乙醇为提取溶剂,80℃提取2次,每次1.5 h。

ObjectiveTo explore the optimum extraction method of Flos Lonicerace.MethodsThe experiment was made by the orthogonal design and Chlorogenic acid determined by UV in which the concentration of ethanol(A),dosage of solvent(B),circumfluence time(C)and circumfluence times(D) were the four factors in the experiment,three levels of each factor were chosen to be inspected to optimize the process.ResultsFactor C had most significant effect on the result of extraction,Factor A had less effect on the result of extraction,and factor B had least effect on the result of extraction.ConclusionThe best extraction process was to extract twice with decuple EtOH(40%) and refluxing at 80℃ for 1.5 h each time.
