摘要
目的利用Amira软件对人脑基底核团进行三维重建。方法采用中国数字化可视人体数据集的头部薄层连续横断面图像,利用Photoshop软件中的自动阈值分割和人工分割相结合的方法对基底核进行分割,并利用Amira软件进行三维重建。结果重建结构真实、逼真,再现了各核团的自然形态及毗邻,可在三维空间以任意速度旋转并可对重建部分进行缩放和透明显示。结论三维重建实现了对基底核的重建,对影像诊断和立体定向手术具有重要意义,而且可用于解剖学教学。
ObjectiveTo reconstruct three-dimensional surface image of basal nuclei by Amira.MethodsTranserse serial thin data of the cerebrum from the chinese visible human was adopted,Photoshop software was selected to segment basal nuclei by combination of automatic threshold segmentation and artificial segmentation and the reconstruction was made by Amira.ResultsReconstructed structures were realistic and vivid,which redemonstrated the natural shape and abutted relationship of basal nuclei,reconstructed basal nuclei continuously rotated in 3D space at different velocities,moreover,it could be zoomed in or out,and could be displayed transparently.ConclusionThe three dimensional structure of basal nuclei could be reconstructed entirely.The reconstruction of basal nuclei had obvious application value for the imaging diagnosis and stereotactic surgery,the result of reconstruction could also be used in anatomical education.
