摘要 　　在最近的几十年,人们对SAH的病理生理机制进行了深入研究,其预后也有了显著提高.由于脑血管痉挛是引起蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)迟发性脑血管缺血和梗死的主要因素,对此的预防和治疗成为SAH患者的主要目标.本文从分子水平介绍近年来脑血管痉挛的产生机制,包括血管平滑肌收缩、血管内皮功能障碍、炎症反应及基因表达等的研究进展.……
