摘要
依据沉淀池和排水池的排泥规律确定了日排泥水总量,采用物料平衡法、排泥现场测定法、排泥水处理系统参数监测法及公式法确定日总干污泥量。结果表明:排泥水处理系统监测法操作容易、设备简单且数据可靠。通过污泥量的确定,可调节排泥规律和排泥水处理系统的流量及浓度,并可降低排泥水对系统的冲击负荷,使水厂在高温高藻期达到稳定运行。
Total daily sludge water discharge amount can be calculated based on desludging frequencies of sedimentation tank and drainage tank,the total dry sludge was defined from mass balance,on-site measurement of sludge discharge,monitoring of parameters in sludge water treatment system,and relevant formula.The results show that monitoring of parameters in sludge water treatment system is a method with easy operation,simple facilities and reliable data.Determination of amount of sludge will enable to adjust sludge discharge procedures,flow rate and sludge concentration,therefore minimize the negative impact of desludging and achieve stable operation when raw water is in high temperature and contains high algae concentration.
