摘要
在阐述了健康水概念的基础上,分析了健康水应具有的矿物质指标、有机物指标、水分子团簇结构及口感指标要求,简要评述了国内外对与健康水相关的纯净水、碱性离子水、磁化水、天然矿泉水和热处理水的研究进展情况。
The parameters of mineral and organic matter content of water,water cluster composition and water taste were analyzed,and the conception of healthy water was discussed.Research concerned with purified water,alkaline ion water,magnetized water,natural mineral water and heat-treatment water from local and import source were reviewed.
