Water network management information system based on GIS and SCADA technique

阐述了实现供水信息管理与调度监控一体化设计的必要性、系统的组成以及系统功能设计和数据流程图设计,实现了GIS和SCADA系统在技术上的互补,增强了模型可视化分析能力。应用实例表明该系统具有较强的实用价值,具有良好的应用前景。

Necessity of integrative design for water supply information management and dispatching supervision,composition of the system were illustrated,as well as the design for systematic function and data flow chart.Complement of Geographic Information System(GIS)and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition(SCADA)was realized on the aspect of technology.The visual analysis capability of the model was enhanced.This application showed that the system had a practical importance and a good prospect.
