摘要
采用水厂含固率为22%的脱水污泥,配以粘合剂和骨料制作免烧砖,并对用人工搅拌混合和机械搅拌混合两种方式制作免烧砖进行了对比试验。经济成本分析结果表明,用机械搅拌混合方式制作的免烧砖品质好、成本低。
Comparison tests were carried on the production of unburned bricks using dewatered sludge(solid ratio of 22%)in waterworks with adhesive and basic material by artificial mixing and mechanical mixing methods,and reference data were provided for the production of unburned bricks in waterworks.The result of economic cost analysis showed that a good quality unburned brick and low cost could be obtained by mechanical mixing.
