反渗透深度处理炼化废水的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用反渗透工艺深度处理经连续微滤(CMF)预处理后的炼化废水。试验结果表明,反渗透对CMF出水COD的去除率高于93%,电导率降低了95%。出水可回用作循环冷却水系统补给水,有较好的经济效益和社会效益。 Reverse osmosis was used for the advanced treatment of petrochemical wastewater after pretreatment of continuous micro-filtration.The result showed that removal rate of COD was as high as 93% and conductance was reduced by 95% after reverse osmosis.Effluent could be reclaimed as compensating water for circulation cooling water system,economic and social benefits could be reached.State of continuous operation,the effect of operational pressure on production and production rate were also investigated.
