摘要
采用实验室筛选、驯化出的9株硝化细菌、反硝化细菌和聚磷菌,用物理吸附的方法固定在纤维球形填料上,用于微污染水的处理。试验结果表明:在较长的停留时间条件下,该技术对水中氨氮、总氮和总磷的去除效果较好,分别为85%,36%和65%;CODMn和UV254的去除率可达到10%和16%。
Nitrobacteria,denitrifying bacteria and polyphosphate-accumulating bacteria after separation,selection and domestication were immobilized on spherical media for the treatment of slightly polluted water.The results showed that the removal efficiencies of NH3-N,TN and TP were 85%,36% and 65% respectively,and the removal rate for CODMn and UV254 were 10% and 16% with relatively long retention time.
