高校学生干部作为学生管理工作的重要载体,其素质的提升和能力的培养是一个重要课题。学生干部要端正自己的心态,明确自己的位置;要有自己的人格魅力,起骨干示范作用;要从细微入手,做同学们的好朋友;要树立威信,严以律己;要扬长避短,凝集合力;要起桥梁与纽带作用,做好助手。

As an important carrier of student management work,cadres of college students' improvement of quality and training of ability are of important subjects.Student leaders have to correct their attitude,know their positions exactly;they have to own their personal charm to play the role of the backbone models;they should start from the small to become classmates' good friends;they must establish credibility and exercise strict self discipline;they should make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages and have ability of Agglutination force;they have to play the role of the bridge and the link and do as good job aides.
