摘要
张拉台座是先张法生产中的主要设备,文章结合工程实例,介绍墩式先张法张拉台座的设计方法。通过稳定性验算及造价分析表明,该设计不仅改善了仅凭经验设计的状况,而且在保证结构强度和稳定性的前提下,优化了结构尺寸,同时还降低了工程造价。
Tensioning platform is the main equipment for pre-tensioning operation.The Paper,based on the actual engineering practice,introduced the design method of pier type pre-tensioning platform.The stability checking and cost analysis shows that such design can not only improve the design method that just relies on the experience,but also optimize the structural dimensions and lower the engineering cost,with the precondition that the strength and stability is guaranteed.
