摘要
智能交通系统(ITS)在港口运营管理中越来越重要,为科学地研究ITS对港口基础设施效率的影响程度,文章从功能、环境和资源三个角度,建立了港口基础设施效率影响的评价指标体系,同时定义了各基础影响指标,采用多级模糊评价模型分析ITS对港口基础设施效率的影响。评价结果能反映我国港口ITS发展情况,对促进我国港口基础设施的可持续发展有一定的指导意义。
ITS is more and more important in harbor operation management.To have a scientific study on the ITS' influence on harbor infrastructure efficiency,this Paper,from three aspects namely function,environment and resources,established an evaluation indicator system for the influence on harbor infrastructure efficiency.At the same time,it defined various influence indicators for infrastructures so as to analyze the influence of ITS on harbor infrastructure efficiency with multistage fuzzy evaluation model.The evaluation result reflects the ITS development status in the domestic harbors,which has some significance for boosting sustainable development of harbor infrastructure in China.
