成语承载着丰富的文化内涵,是一个民族的文化精华所在。汉英两种语言各为东西方语言,不同的地理、人文风俗和文化渊源形成了不同的语言形态。在跨文化交际中,汉语成语翻译尤为困难,因此进行大量的实践和深入研究,采取恰当的译法尤为重要。

Idioms are refined upon a few words loading much matter and rich cultural connotations and the cream of our national culture.As Chinese and English belong to the eastern and the western language,there are different ways to express different geography,human customs and cultures.Translation of Chinese idioms is more difficult than translation of English idioms in intercultural interaction and requires more practices and deep research to keep abreast of the step of the time.
