高等旅游教育“产、学、研”合作人才培养模式的构建

The Building of the Practice-learning-Study cooperation Personnel Training Pattern on High Education of Tourism in China

我国高等旅游教育近年来虽然规模上得到了快速的扩张,但其人才培养却出现了理论与实践脱节等诸多问题。这就需要高等旅游院校不断加强旅游专业实训基地建设,着力提高教师和学生的研究水平,积极促进旅游研究成果的转化及应用,走"产、学、研"合作培养人才的道路。

In recent years,although Chinese high education of tourism has got speedy scale dilation,there are some problems coming out in personnel training.Therefore,Chinese high education of tourism should adopt the personnel training pattern of Practice-learning-Study cooperation.Now,Practice-learning-Study cooperation only stay on superficial level.It is required that we reinforce the construction of practical base,making effort to improve teacher and students' study,promoting the apply of the achievement.
