南北洋舰队援闽的不可行性——从中法两国舰队的战略部署分析

Unfeasibility of the Nanyang and Beiyang Fleet's helping Fujian——Analysis from military deployment of both countries' fleets

马江战役之前,法国舰队灵活多变的军事部署使中国各支海军在实际操作中不能集中兵力;张佩纶轻敌主战,将原来散处各处的福建舰队的弱舰集中到马江与法方的强舰对峙,本意是先发制人,因受到清政府的阻挠反而成为法舰的靶子。所以,在当时的情况下,援闽的中国船只越多,损失就会越大,南北洋舰队未能援闽也有其合理性。

Before Majiang campaign,the French Fleet made the concentration of Chinese each navy impossible in the actual operation with the flexible deployment;However,the poor naval ships of Fujian Sea Fleat,which got together to Majiang to stand facing the powerful France Fleat in the original intention of the military tactics of preemption,became the French fleet's cannon targets.Therefore,in that situation,the more Chinese ships helped Fujian,the bigger the lost could be.It was rational that the Nanyang and Beiyang fleets had not been able to help Fujian from this point.
