论我国有限合伙制产业投资基金的建立

摘要新修改的《合伙企业法》于2007年6月1日开始实施,扫清了我国建立有限合伙制产业投资基金的法律障碍,针对当前我国产业投资基金组织形式单一的问题,本文分析比较了当前产业投资基金的几种组织形式,认为我国在大力发展产业投资基金的今天应该采用有限合伙制这一较好组织形式。
