安徽新集煤电(集团)改革发展的探索

摘要 针对安徽新集煤电(集团)公司在改革发展中存在的承债大、负担重、设备技术落后,产品结构不合理、市场竞争力不强、经济效益普遍不好等问题,提出了裁减冗员、大力推进公司机关机构改革、整顿劳动组织、改革劳动保障制度、依据政策,积极开展改制工作等改革策略和确立全新的执行力理念,推行制度化管理,实现企业信息化,对企业安全性与偿债能力进行分析等发展措施,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中走出困境得以发展。
