摘要
本文研究了溴化十六烷基三甲铵阳离子表面活性剂(CTMAB)对铝—铬天青(CAS)络合体系性质影响。在pH6.8的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,当邻菲罗啉和抗坏血酸存在时,铝与铬天青形成紫色配合物,加CTMAB后,形成蓝紫色配合物,其最大吸收峰为616nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.03×105L·mol-1·cm-1。铝离子浓度线性工作范围为0.2~1.0mg/L。回收率为95%,相对标准偏差为3.5%,可用于地表水中微量铝的测定。
The complex system of cationic rfactants-aluminium-chrome-azurol S is studied in the paper.In a acetate buffer solution(pH6.8)、o-phenanthroline hydrate and ascorbic acid aluminium can react with CAS and form a blue-violet complex whose maximum absorption is 616nm and whose molar absorptivity is 1.03×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.The line range of Al(III)is 0.2~1mg/L,recovery is 95%,relative standard deviationis 3.8%.The method is applied to determine trace aluminium in surface water.
