摘要
针对锅炉引风机频繁积灰振动问题,分析了引起吸风机积灰振动的主要因素,并介绍了应用喷嘴气流吹扫技术防止引风机叶片积灰的机理及其使用效果。
According to the problem of frequently accumulating dust vibration in boiler wind fan, this paper analyzes the main factors that cause accumulating dust vibration in fan. Furthermore, the paper introduces the mechanism of applying nozzle airflow purging technology to prevent accumulating dust in wind fan blades and its using effectiveness.
