摘要
针对G9-2×36№17F型离心式一次风机由于设计原因不能成功实现RB保护功能的问题,分析出一次风机出进口挡板关闭过慢回风导致母管压力过低的根本原因,分别对进出口挡板的改造过程以及对应的试验方案和结论进行了分析介绍,最后通过出口挡板改造成功实现了RB一次风机保护功能,消除了潜在的安全隐患。
According to the problem of RB protection cannot be successfully completed due to design of G9-2×36№17F centrifugal fan, the basic reason of main tube pressure so low due to inlet & outlet baffle shutting off too slowly has introduced in this paper. Furthermore, the reconstruction process for inlet & outlet baffle and the corresponding test scheme and solution are analyzed respectively. At last, RB protection function has been completed successfully based on the reconstruction on outlet baffle, and the potential risks are eliminated.
