摘要 为研究纺织多风机送风系统的合理设计方法,借助于正交实验表的四因素三水平方法,使用CFD模拟软件来模拟分析在一些常用工况下,纺织多风机送风系统的最优方案;然后根据正交实验中单因素实验来进行CFD模拟:通过变化模型的某一因素,来分析模型中该因素对整个送风系统的影响。对于影响因素比较特别的进口流速进行了较为详细的分析,为合理设计纺织企业比较节能的多风机送风系统提供技术依据。 To research the multi-fans air supply system for textile industry,the optimal scheme of the multi-fans air supply system is induced on the usual condition by CFD software based on the four factors and three levels of orthogonal experimental table. Then,the CFD simulation is carried out through the single factor experiment of the orthogonal experimental research,which is the analysis on the influence of some factor in variable model on whole air supply system. Furthermore,the inlet velocity with special influence factors is analyzed in detail. This research can provide technical direction for reasonably designing multi-fans air-supply system with energy-saving in textile industry.
