摘要
广泛使用的Buck变换器的通用模型没有涉及开关频率,开关频率对控制回路带宽的限制没有确定,所以通用模型只能适应较低的开关频率下,在高频段就不能很好的预测高频性能。所以本文在通用模型的基础上提出多频模型,考虑到边带频率对带宽的影响,在2相交错并联电路中,采用耦合电感结构可以抵消边带频率,提高电流型控制回路带宽的,最后用Matlab软件仿真证明了这一结构的有效性。
The widely-used average model eliminates the inherent switching function.The limit from switching frequency on the control-loop bandwidth has not been identified.So average model only adapt the lower switching frequency,and it is not able to predict the converter's high-frequency performance.This dissertation introduces the multi-frequency modeling which takes into the effect of sideband frequency for bandwidth.For the 2-phase interleaving circuit,adopting coupled inductors are able to cancel the sideband frequency and improve the bandwidth of the current-mode-controlled converter.At last,the validity of the structure is certified by Matlab software simulation.
