摘要 随着电力机车技术的发展,作为机车控制电源的相控整流电源已经不能满足机车设计水平的要求,本课题旨在研究一种高频开关电源取代传统的相控整流电源,使机车的电源水平提高到一个新的水平。主电路采用全桥DC/DC变换器拓扑结构。主开关管采用三菱公司的智能功率模块IPM。副边整流采用由两个快恢复二极管构成的全波整流结构。控制电路采用以UC3846为核心的电流型控制方式,并利用UC3846芯片的电流限制和外关断能力实现系统的软起动及保护。系统设计了恒压和恒流工作模式的自动转换电路,以实现平滑的充电模式的转换。并且给出了实测波形。 As the control power supply for locative,phased commutate powers have could not satisfy the requirement of new locative's design level.Our task is to research a high frequency switch power to replace the conventional phased commutate power.Its main circuit applies a topology of whole bridge DC/DC converter.IPM made by Mitsubishi is the main switch semiconductor.Two quick recovered diodes constitute a whole-wave commutating structure.At the same time,we design control circuit with UC3846 and its current control mode.We also use of UC3846's capacity of current limit and shutdown to carry out soft start and protection.This system also has a automatic conversion circuit for constant voltage and constant current mode.At the end we offer some measured waves.
