Evaluating the Condition of Overhead Transmission Lines Based on Similarity Measures between Vague Sets

本文针对模糊集的推广形式——Vague集,阐述了Vague集理论与架空输电线路运行状态评估的新方法,建立了线路运行状态评估的Vague集模型。在状态评估中,Vague集之间的相似度量是评价待检测线路的运行状态与评估模型之间的测度,线路与评估模型的某个运行状态之间相似度量值越大,线路就越接近这个运行状态。通过对实际线路进行计算分析阐明了Vague集之间的相似度量分析在架空输电线路运行状态评估中的应用是可行的。

Aimed at the extended form of fuzzy set——Vague set, theories of Vague set and new method of evaluating the condition of overhead transmission lines were elaborated. In this way, a vague set method for evaluating the condition of overhead transmission lines model is presented here. While the running condition was being evaluated, the similarity measurement between Vague sets was the measure in evaluating which running condition was detecting lines close to the evaluating model. The bigger the value of similarity measurement is, the better the close degree between the detecting line and the condition of the model. It has been expounded through a living example that the application of similarity measurement analysis between Vague sets to the condition evaluating is feasible.
