摘要
鉴于当前城市电缆的大量使用,电容电流的增加已使单相接地故障的接地电弧的能量达到危险的程度,而每种非有效接地方式都有其特点和局限性。针对上述情况,笔者分析了不同条件下非有效接地方式的选用原则,并给出一款以中性点不接地系统有选择性的故障相瞬间接地消除电弧技术。
The article analyzes variety of grounding method used in current medium voltage power network and point out that the key problem of medium voltage grounding method is the capactive current and distribution of objective power network. Seeing that the widespread use the city cable, the increasing of capactive current has made the energy of grounding electric arc owing to the failure of single phase grounding reached to the dangerous extent. Every effective grounding method has its own limitation. In consideration of the status abovementioned, the author describes not only confirmation principle of non-effective grounding method under various condition ,but also Small Current Line Selection and Protection Technology for Single Phase Grounding
