配网系统的电容电流大规模普测

摘要 传统的直接法、间接法测量配网系统电容电流存在很多不安全因素,并且存在测量时间长、繁琐、影响供电可靠性等缺点,不适合于大规模开展。目前,出现了一种新的测量仪器,测量快速、方便、安全,且不影响供电。但种类众多,没有一个权威产品,需要现场测量对比,才能应用。笔者做了大量的工作,成功地选型,并完成了此次配网电容电流的大规模普查活动。 The traditional direct method, the indirect method survey match the net system charging current existence unsafe element, and has the measuring time long, troublesome, shortcomings and so on influence power supply reliability, does not suit in the large-scale development. At present, presented one kind of new metering equipment, the survey fast, has been convenient, is safe, and did not affect the power supply. But the type is numerous, does not have an authoritative product, needs the site survey contrast, can apply. The author have done the massive work, successfully the shaping, and has completed distribution network's charging current large-scale general survey activity.
