摘要
300MW循环流化床锅炉是引进的ALSTOM技术,该技术的引进使国内CFB机组从135MW到300MW的跨越,具有燃料适应性广,低SO2和NOx排放等特点。本文主要介绍了300MWCFB锅炉的设计特点、调试方案的难点和创新点,通过运行技术调整与优化,实现了机组的安全稳定运行。
300MW circulating fluidized bed boiler is introduced ALSTOM technology,which enable the introduction leap CFB technology from 135 MW to 300 MW,with wide fuel adaptability,and low SO2 and NOx emission. This article introduces a 300MW CFB boiler design characteristic,Commissioning difficult and innovative technology,the unit achieve a safe and stable operation by the adjustment and optimization technology.
