基于PLC控制的垂直轴风力发电控制系统中通信系统的研究

摘要 本文分析了垂直轴风力发电系统中通信子站和控制总站之间采用无线传输模块通信的必要性,介绍了通信原理,制订了通信协议,提出了由格雷码转换为二进制、自由口通信、CRC校验构成系统通信的总体方案,设计了系统硬件结构,编写了通信软件,试验结果表明:通信系统方案可行,数据传输实时性好、准确度高。 The necessity of wireless communication transceiver module display for linking the control system and the communication subsystem of the vertical-axis wind turbine is analyzed in this paper. And then,the theory of communication is introduced and the communication protocol is formulated. The practical scheme of communication system which is composed of the gray code to binary code and Freeport communication and CRC check is designed. Meanwhile,the realizing method by use of hardware and software is proposed. It has been proved by the field tests that the communication system is feasible in the scheme,exact in the data processing and quick in the data transmitting.
