淮钢25MW机组电液控制改造可行性分析

摘要 淮钢25MW汽轮机为东方汽轮机厂生产的NC25-3.43型抽汽凝汽式汽轮机,一级抽汽供公司焦炉用。该机组液压控制系统为机械液压控制方式,若将其液压控制系统进行部分改进,实现数字式电液控制(Digital Electro-Hydraulic Control,简称DEH),对控制策略灵活编程,可全面提高机组自动控制水平和机组运行质量,降低能耗,提高效率。笔者根据工作经验,就机组改造方案及改造后优化功能进行分析,以期与同行探讨。 The 25MW steam turbines of Huaigang are steam extracting and condensing NC25-3.43 typed, manufactured by Dong Fang Steam Turbine Plant. The primary extracted steam is used for the coke furnace. The hydraulic control system of this generating get is in the mechanical-hydraulic mode. Partial modification will be made on the hydraulic control system to realize the Digital Electro-Hydraulic Control (DEH) and program the control strategy flexibly so that the automatic control level and operating performance will be improved in general, with energy consumption reduced and efficiency increased. The generating set modification plan and function optimization after modification are studied in this paper.
